» Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward appointed William H. Reynolds city administrator. The recently approved city charter replaced the city manager's job with the administrator's position. Reynolds, an attorney, most recently held county administrative positions in Wisconsin and Michigan.

» Melissa Medley has joined Enterprise Florida as senior vice president of marketing and strategic intelligence, replacing Sena Black. Medley had been chief marketing officer at the Mississippi Development Authority.
