Arts Center Cost
Still Rising

MIAMI -- Blaming a shortage of construction workers and weather-related construction delays, county officials have upped the price tag for the Miami Performing Arts Center by $34.4 million to $446 million. Grand opening is scheduled for next October for the downtown Miami facility.
