Sales of existing condos declined 22% statewide during the first quarter of 2006. Overall, 15,386 condos were sold, compared to 19,657 in the first quarter of 2005. Prices, meanwhile, rose slightly during the first three months of the year. The median sales price was up 8% from $201,800 to $217,700.
