» Jay L. Townsend, an Army veteran with a master’s in public administration from Harvard University, has been appointed assistant city manager at Tallahassee. He was formerly city administrator at Hayden, Idaho.
» Dr. Lonnie Paulos has joined the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze as medical director of the renamed Andrews-Paulos Research & Education Institute, an Andrews Institute department. Paulos formerly served as medical director of the American Sports Medicine Alliance and professor of orthopedic surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
