Services: A standard exam includes lab tests, an EKG, chest X-ray, hearing and vision tests (with glaucoma screening) and nutrition and health/lifestyle assessments. Additional tests, such as a cardiac stress test, bone density screening or a CT scan of the lungs may be recommended based on patient's age, symptoms, gender, medical history or lifestyle.
Notable: Add-ons include nutritional counseling, a fitness assessment, massage therapy and a stress management consultation. Baptist Health also gives executives who are fasting for lab work the option of having their blood drawn at home.
Cost: $1,400 ($1,300 for repeat customers)

Services: Executives can choose from two packages. A basic package includes blood tests, a chest X-ray, an eye exam and hearing screening, an EKG, a treadmill stress test, spirometry, hemoccult testing and a comprehensive physical exam. For $1,700 more, patients can get C-reactive protein testing, a mammogram, an abdominal ultrasound, a carotid doppler, CT cardiac calcium scoring and nutritional and exercise consultation. A brain MRI or breast MRI can be added to a platinum package. Packages can be individually tailored as well.
Notable: Patients have access to a suite with a private bathroom and shower, a computer, printer, wi-fi and a telephone with conferencing capabilities. Blood is drawn at the patient's home or office.
